45-Minute TMJ Relief Treatment
A gentle, hands-on Osteopathy treatment designed to relieve jaw tension, improve jaw mobility, and promote relaxation of the surrounding muscles. The session begins with a gentle assessment of the jaw and surrounding areas to identify tension and movement restrictions. Specialized techniques are then used to ease muscle tightness, support comfortable jaw movement, and reduce discomfort associated with TMJ dysfunction. This treatment is ideal for individuals experiencing jaw tightness, teeth clenching, facial tension, or discomfort when opening and closing the mouth.
Microneedling (under Acupuncture benefits)
