Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Bloor West Retreat, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. When a session is missed or changed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another guest. Our cancellation guidelines help us respect both your schedule and the time of our practitioners.

We understand that plans shift, and life can be unpredictable. If you need to adjust your visit, please read the following:

Standard Appointments

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments for any reason—including illness, emergencies, or sudden delays—will be charged the full service fee to the credit card on file.

  • If someone you know can attend in your place, we are happy to accommodate that substitution without a late-cancellation charge.

  • Late arrivals will shorten your session, and the treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Couples & Group Bookings

  • Appointments for two or more people require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows for group bookings are charged in full to the card on file.

Extended or Double Sessions

For appointments longer than 120 minutes:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to move or cancel the session.

  • Most insurance plans reimburse for only one treatment per day.

If You Are Running Late

  • Please call or text us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you, but the session may need to be shortened to keep the day running smoothly.

  • If we cannot reach you and you are 15 minutes late or more, the appointment may be cancelled and charged in full.

  • Insurance plans do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled sessions.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Gift card holders must also provide a card to secure their booking, though the treatment can be paid using the gift card afterward.
